Maison de l'IA
The inauguration of the new headquarters of the Maison de l'IA (House of AI) at Alpha Sophia Antipolis marks a turning point in its history. To commemorate this event, it sought to collaborate with a digital artist to offer its community an interactive artistic experience that would showcase its values and missions around artificial intelligence: Inspire, Unite, Raise Awareness and Promote.
To meet these needs, Artpoint commissioned Christian Brinkmann, a German artist who designed an interactive experience centered around an olive tree, a symbol of local roots and sustainability. Thanks to cutting-edge sensors and 3D modeling, the tree becomes a living organism that reacts in real time to the touch and presence of visitors. Interpreted by AI, these interactions create unique, ephemeral and constantly evolving visual moments.
The work is designed as a sensitive demonstration of how artificial intelligence can be used for positive purposes, in direct resonance with the mission of the Maison de l'IA.
