CITÉ UNIVERSITAIRE DE PARIS
To mark its centenary, the Cité internationale universitaire de Paris wanted to offer the general public an immersive, accessible and unifying artistic journey to celebrate its founding values: peace, openness, youth and multiculturalism. Artpoint was invited to curate a digital art trail in the Cité's grounds for three exceptional evenings from June 20th to 22nd. Called 100 RÊVES DE LUMIÈRE (100 DREAMS OF LIGHT), the exhibition was conceived as a poetic nocturnal stroll capable of illuminating a century of history and inspiring hope for a common future.
With 100 RÊVES DE LUMIÈRE, Artpoint has conceived an open-air route comprising six digital art installations. Light and sound sculptures, interactive installations, monumental video mapping: each work offered a unique immersive experience. Through these creations, the artists questioned our relationship with life, technology and memory, collectively drawing the sensitive contours of a future to be imagined together. This path of light brought together over 15,000 visitors in a free experience accessible to all, affirming the power of digital art to make events vibrate and leave their mark.
