Specimens can be used to seal the memories of the ocean. They are monuments to marine life. Scientists usually use formalin, alcohol and other pharmaceutical solutions to preserve the dead body. The sea creatures that have been soaked in those liquid would lose their luster and original colour. So I tried to restore the appearance they should have, remain their elegant forms and let them quietly tell stories about the beauty and cruelty of the ocean.
