Andréa Philippon is a multidisciplinary artist and 3D designer based in Lausanne, Switzerland. After years in the hospitality industry, he returned to study 3D design, driven by a deep curiosity and a lifelong passion for nature. His work merges high-detail digital animation with organic inspirations, blending physical and virtual worlds into poetic and futuristic landscapes. Influenced by plants, fungi, ceramics, architecture, and technology, Andréa creates richly textured animations that explore the harmony and complexity of natural forms. His ongoing series Digital Garden uses a procedural system to generate evolving digital specimens—each artwork a tribute to nature’s energy and grace, constantly growing and transforming.
Philippon’s unique style has earned him collaborations with major names in the music and commercial industries, including David Guetta, Björk, and Black Coffee, as well as Adidas, Salomon, ESPN, Playstation, Motorola, and L’Occitane. His works have been exhibited in Paris, Tokyo, Shanghai, Barcelona, Denmark, and Russia, with recent highlights including Digital Garden at NFT Paris, ShibuyaTV in Tokyo, and the Constellations Festival in Metz. Each piece invites viewers into an immersive digital ecosystem—an ever-evolving exploration of nature’s beauty through the lens of contemporary technology.

These mushroom-related pieces are part of my latest experiments in creating unique mushroom species directly connected to real-world species.
I think mushrooms are often misliked; this is why I wanted to give them a second chance for you to fall in love with them by making them alive and cute!
As nature is the main inspiration in my work, I had to create something with mushrooms, which are vital for the health of ecosystems and the balance of nature.
And the icing on the cake: a lot of them are delicious!
