Florence Lefebvre is a French artist influenced by the emotions derived from the marine environments of yesterday and today. She draws most of her creative inspiration from the world of the sea that she has worshipped since childhood when she could spend days contemplating it with a simple snorkel or dreaming in front of the images of Commander Cousteau, an oceanographic explorer.
Art is in nature, and if contemplation is the first step towards artistic creation, mastering creative processes is the second. Florence is constantly exploring the intricacies of digital creation, 2D and 3D software, algorithms, multidimensional composition, etc., allowing her to express instinctive visual poetry through contemplative and spectral works whose favorite themes are digital forms and fluids. After having tried several forms of classical art, she found in digital creation the opportunity to fully express her sensitivity and emotions and to create a unique link between art and the sea. She imagines powerful allegories on the human condition, creates bridges between our contemporary life and the cradle of primitive life and highlights the immense gap that separates man from his original destiny. Her work takes us on a dreamlike and emotional journey into the abyss of digital creation through living and abstractive productions where she seeks to depict the depths of man’s subconscious and the cognitive distortions of modern society.

In the streets of Montmartre, the neighborhood becomes a true open-air studio under the brushes of two painters.
This work is part of the “Moving Photos” series, where a still image is briefly given life, like a suspended moment or a memory resurfacing for a few seconds. The short format is a fully intentional part of this artistic exploration: Florence isn't seeking to create a continuous narrative, but rather a sensation, an atmosphere, leaving the viewer free to imagine what comes next. These works sit somewhere between photography and movement, in something deliberately subtle, sensitive, and contemplative.
