She graduated with a degree in graphic design from the Universidad Europea de Madrid in 2014, a choice she explains as stemming from her desire to have “the surest way to build a career doing something creative ”. Lisa Odette began her professional career as a motion designer and graphic designer at Bluecell, then as a CG art director at Serial Cut, before going freelance in 2020. An introvert by nature, she recalls spending her childhood drawing for hours on end, alone; a passion that still infuses each of her creations today. Her work gradually shifted from graphic design to illustration, then to motion design, before she learned 3D software at a specialized studio, where she slowly began developing personal projects centered on female figures. Her style, which she herself defines as simple yet detailed forms blended with vibrant colors, explores the essence of femininity through balanced and eye-catching compositions, where light plays a decisive role: she likes to say that the same project can evoke radically different atmospheres depending on how she works with the lighting. Refusing to use pre-existing or realistic 3D models, she prefers to create everything from scratch, patiently building her own library of assets. Deeply influenced by avant-garde art movements, particularly Fauvism, as well as contemporary design trends, she approaches each new series with a fresh technical approach, constantly reinventing herself to push the boundaries of her own style.
Lisa Odette has collaborated with MTV Latin America as part of International Women’s Day. She has been featured in articles in magazines such as Gabari Magazine and Beware Magazine, and has been highlighted by specialized platforms and publications such as Visual Atelier 8, SuperRare Hi-Arts, and Suburbs Gallery in Canada. She has also sold several of her creations as NFTs, notably on the Foundation platform.
