Kuba is an architect from Vienna who is particularly interested in movement and sound design. While studying art and architecture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna, he developed a solid mastery of a whole range of digital tools that he now uses in his projects. To create, he uses 3D modeling software such as Rhino, Grasshopper or Maya for example. Another of his tools is the Houdini software that allows him to simulate environments in the works he creates. As he himself says, his work is akin to kitbashing, the attempt to reconstruct something coherent from pieces that are more or less incompatible with each other.

From the moment Kuba began to shift his attention from the natural habitat (built environment) to the virtual space, his framework, but especially of reflection and apprehension of space, has radically shifted and expanded. Convinced that the film industry will play a major role in the architecture design process in the future, he likes to immerse himself in a form of virtuality thanks to digital technology in order to explore and better understand the challenges of the continuous discovery of space.
