Ploypapus is a Thai-born digital artist who lives and works in Berlin. She creates motion graphics with an emphasis on generative design, animation and interactive and audiovisual art. In 2006, she began to explore visual principles and digital possibilities. After graduating in 2013, she moved on to computer-generated imaging, adding VJing, generative art and installations to her repertoire. The study of our connection to the digital world, the oriental traditions in which she grew up and her innovative approach to design and aesthetics are the main characteristics of her work.
Self-taught artist, Ploypapus creates with software such as Touchdesigner, VDMX and Adobe After Effects. Her work often refers to quotations about the mind, spirituality and science of many great philosophers and scientists. Her work has already been exhibited around the world, at the Creative Code festival in New York (2020), in TheFound online exhibitions (Beijung, 2020) and O sitio Arte e Technologia (Brazil, 2020), etc.

Cosmic Dune is a series of audio-visual generative artworks that capture certain emotions, moods, and inner states. The ability to expertly capture various textures, colours and movements, just with code, is testament to Ploypapus' skill as a generative artist. Each artwork title refers to the colours that are visible in each piece, mostly referencing jewel tones and rare stones, to which the velvety or natural-looking textures add a supplementary sensorial element.
