Sares is a digital artist whose work captures aesthetic beauty within temporal chaos using mixed media techniques, including 3D, AI, and generative art. Viewing destruction and chaos as forms of creation, Sares explores the silent intersection of past and future in the present moment. His "AI Reflections" experiences invite viewers to reflect on the now by analyzing the passage of time and emotions shaped by personal experiences, seeking to introduce and analyze aspects of the psychology of the human mind within these digital spaces. Considering both history and future possibilities, Sares employs a digital process that controls information and data, creating procedural works that blend classical aesthetics with modern abstraction, transforming spectators into active witnesses. His creative approach draws from varied sources, including Wong Kar-Wai's atmospheric cinema which informs his use of saturated palettes and emotional temporality. Yuk Hui's cosmotechnics philosophy also guides his effort to root digital processes in deeper meaning, rather than mere technical execution. Through a deliberate practice of inhabiting the present moment, Sares allows intuition to shape the balance between chaos and order in his work.
With over a decade of experience in art direction and international exhibitions spanning New York, Beeple Studios, China, and Europe, Sares conveys reflective messages about lived emotions, often exploring the underlying psychological states they represent. Each artwork embodies a challenge to interpret the digital realm, break boundaries, and inspire positive change by impacting the present and shaping the future, always informed by the lessons of the past. Sares was a selected artist for the AI Hokusai Residency in 2024 and the Primavera Digitale Residency in Florence, Italy, in 2025.

"Persona" emerges as a profound meditation on the archetype of the social mask, the veil that structures interaction and the complex that governs adaptation. The piece explores that psychic force which, anchored in the depths of the self, gives rise to the functional facade, social acceptance, and the architecture of gestures borrowed from the world around. Inspired by the primordial inner narrative captured in the generative dream, the work reveals how the construction of form acts as a crucible in which the essence is tested, forging the tension between appearance and being.
The archetype manifests as the state of Functional Discord: a moment of high psychic resonance where the mask—an essential structure for existing in the world—stands in active conflict with the genuine essence, bringing the self to the brink of fracture. Every gesture, every adjustment, becomes a code reflecting both the energy of adaptation and the internal resistance simultaneously. The conceptual narrative is expressed as a sculpture of tensions: an organism mapping the duality between the security of the persona and the vulnerability of truth. It is the topography of a fragmented self, where facade and essence dialogue, confront, and at times collapse.
The work reveals how the sacrifice of authenticity allows survival, yet simultaneously contains the seed of liberation toward truth. "Persona" transcends mere representation of social adaptation; it positions itself as a space of introspection that explores the cost of inauthenticity and the active force that enables the self to reconcile mask with essence. It is a call to contemplate the internal dialectic, to recognize that survival, identity construction, and the liberation of truth coexist along a single axis of psychic resonance.
Adaptation. The Facade. A structural, external force that inhabits existence, the energy of the persona that mediates social interaction. The pulse of convention, the architecture of borrowed gestures. A profound link to the principle of appearance, the testimony of functional adaptation that seeks acceptance, shining with the promise of security.
"Persona" delves into the central conflict of the Persona archetype, approaching identity through the principle of adaptation and the emotion of anxiety. The piece uses as a dynamic component the primordial narrative that defines the moment of sacrificing authenticity. The Persona is a functional complex developed by the Ego that acts as a compromise between the individual and society. It is a character mask that allows the person to appear as something they are not—essential for social life, yet dangerous if mistaken for true identity.
When this mask hypertrophies, Functional Discord arises: a state of high psychic resonance in which the functional character is in active internal conflict with the true essence, bringing the self to a breaking point. The conceptual narrative manifests as a sculpture of tensions: an Organism that presents itself as the veil of appearance. It is a cartography of Functional Discord, a reflection of the tense and strained texture of High Psychic Resonance, corresponding to the cost of inauthenticity.
Violet and yellow Iris flowers become the narrative core. The Iris symbolizes the connection between the inner and outer world. The colors violet (introspective/mysterious) and yellow (manifest/joyful) reflect the duality of the mask and the hidden essence struggling to emerge.
The Persona archetype acts as the active force that triggers friction. It reveals how this adaptation generates the necessary breaking point, enabling the liberation of the Self. The piece testifies to how Persona has the power to reconfigure the psyche, transforming it into an active force that unmasks identity to carve a future of truth and liberation.
"Persona" transcends mere visual tribute to the mask; it stands as a space of introspection that invites exploration of the cost of survival, recognizing the risk of authenticity as the fundamental anchor in the reconfiguration of identity and the unfolding of being.
