Larisa Murariu (aka Morysetta) was born and raised in Buzau, Romania. At the age of 19, she left for Bucharest to study public sector administration and European Union law. Around the age of 25, she began to take art more seriously and tried many artistic practices such as painting and drawing, clay modelling, miniatures, sewing, binding, scrapbooking, the digital drawing, until creating her first digital collage, almost by mistake. She was familiar with the work of artists such as Frank Moth and Mr. Babies, and she herself tried her hand at their discipline. This was the starting point of her career, because from that moment on, she never stopped creating and became an artist in her own right. She created her first work on December 1, 2018, and has now more than 1600 to her credit.
Her main sources of inspiration are space and the universe: the idea that we are so small and insignificant in the grand scheme of things fascinates her. Her art is a journey of self-analysis and discovery, a reality that exists only in her imagination.
